The area is fully developed now and is also the location of the current Municipal Building. Currently PIE is working on promoting the cities new Business Center. Protective covenants are in place and the Eagle Ridge Business Park is located in a TIF district. The committee meets on an as needed basis. To contact them, please call City Hall at 715-262-5544.
