Utility Billing & Rates
Water, sewer, storm water, fire protection, trash and recycling are billed quarterly on the same bill. The city accepts Master Card, American Express and Discover (not Visa) debit and credit card payment for utility bills either by phone or online. The bill is due 30 days after issuance, and payments can be made:

Online bills are FREE. Paying by check or savings is FREE. Payment convenience fees of 2.75% (+50¢ if under $100) are added to credit and debit card payments
