The group consists of citizens who are interested in the
beautification of Prescott, especially parks and other public
areas. They recommend and develop plantings, and assist in the

Friends of Freedom Park
Friends of Freedom Park is a non-profit organization supporting
the mission of the Great River Road Visitor and Learning Center and
providing members, school children, area residents and visitors
from around the world with experiences that deepen their
connections to this important community and regional
resource.Members of Friends of Freedom Park are dedicated to
ongoing support of the Learning Center, its mission and its

Prescott Area Food Shelf
Located at 720 St. Croix St., the Food Shelf is staffed by local
volunteers. It is open every Thursdays from 9 -11:30 a.m. and 1:00
- 7:00p.m., or by appointment. The Food Shelf serves families
living in the Prescott Area School District (please bring proof of
residency in the Prescott School District). To donate,

The Prescott Foundation supports programs which enrich life by

Prescott Kiwanis Club
The club is committed to pursuing events and activities to
better the life of children and families living in the Prescott

St. Croix Valley Restorative Justice Program
The SCVRJP mission statement is to build a culture of peace and
belonging utilizing restorative justice programs and principles in
our community. Restorative Justice promotes accountability
and healing for victims, offenders and community. SCVRJP is a
non-profit serving the Valley since 2001, the Restorative Justice
Center opened in 2006. Volunteers assist with programs and
