When is court usually held and where?

Court is normally held in the Council Chambers at the Prescott Municipal Building located at 800 Borner Street North. Initial Appearances are on Tuesday evenings starting at 5:00 p.m. Pretrial Conferences are held on Tuesday mornings starting at 10:00 a.m. Trials are held on Tuesday evenings.
