How can I find out if my property has Special Assessments due on it?

Several properties in the City of Prescott have Special Assessments due on them. Special Assessments are usually assessed after construction of road work or water and sewer mains that run in front of your property. Typically after the construction, property owners are given the option of paying in full or having it rolled to their Real Estate taxes with an interest cost.
