The Public Works Department is responsible for maintaining the
city's streets, municipal buildings, and parks, designing and
constructing new streets and utilities, and operating the city's
water, wastewater, and storm water utilities.

- Waste water treatment plant, 515 Jefferson
- Well House #2, 192 Flora Street South
- Well House #3, 840 Hilton Street
- Well House #4, 1004 Dexter Street
- Adminstrative and Engineering Services are located at City
