Water, sewer, storm water, fire protection, trash and recycling
are billed quarterly on the same bill. The bill is due 20
days after issuance and can be paid by mail, credit card, debit
card, or in person at City hall, 800 Borner Street
North. Officer hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday
through Friday.
The City accepts Master Card, American Express and Discover (not
Visa) debit and credit card payment for utility bills.

6728. There is a $5.95 convenience charge for using debit or
credit cards.
