Building Permit Applications

Instructions:

1. Complete and sign the application
2. Submit the following to the Municipal Building at
   800 Borner St. N., Prescott, WI, 54021
               a. Application (click to view Application)
               b. Plot plan (including dimensions, existing & proposed structures,
                   location on lot)
               c. Building plans
               d. Permit fees (see Schedule of Fees)

Instructions:

1. Complete and sign the application.
    
2. Submit 3 copies of the following to the above address.
   a. Application (click here to view Application)
   b. Building plans (preferably 11x17)
   c. Plot plans (include existing & proposed structures, elevations and dimensions)
   d. Erosion control plan
   e. Permit fees (Building, Water & Sewer) (see Schedule of Fees)
    
3. Municipal Codes as follows
   a. Zoning
   b. Building
   c. Signing
   d. Parking
   e. Erosion
    
4. Must comply with all other governing bodies.
    
5. All commercial and industrial building requests must go before the Planning commission.  The Commission meets the first Monday of every month at 7 PM at the above address.  All requests must be submitted 10 days prior to the meeting in order to be on the agenda and approved.
    
6. These are minimal submission requirements. The Planning commission reserves the right to request additional information before a decision is made.
