Car Licenses cannot be transferred to trucks, but
you can upgrade truck licenses to higher weights. (Ex. A to B, B to C). Only if you already have a Wisconsin License plate that you are transferring to your new (used) vehicle, you can fill out the "Title and License Plate Application" at the Prescott Police Department at 800 Borner Street North.
