What if I do nothing about my citation with regard to court appearance or payment?

If you are not present for the Initial Appearance, a no contest plea will be entered on your behalf and you will be adjudged guilty. You will then have 60 days to pay your citation. If you fail to pay within the 60 days, your driver's license will be suspended for 1 year, a warrant may be issued for your arrest and you will be sent to the State of Wisconsin for collections.
